Conflict: Overcome The 3 Unhealthy Approaches

TSS ConflictAs a recovering ‘people pleaser’ I have made more than my share of mistakes when it comes to managing conflict.

Firstly, there have been times when I have tried to appease and ‘rescue’ people when, in hindsight, I shouldn’t have.

Secondly, times when I have been the ‘victim’ and coerced into agreeing with things I later regretted.
